This 90-minute prenatal massage provides spacious time to fully address the changing needs of your body during pregnancy. Gentle, therapeutic techniques are used to relieve physical tension, ease swelling, and support emotional well-being—all while promoting circulation, alignment, and rest. A specialized full-body pregnancy bolster system allows for safe and supported positioning—whether side-lying, semi-reclined, or face-down, depending on your stage of pregnancy and personal comfort. *Available after the first trimester. Please consult your provider before booking if you have any high-risk concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will result in loss of payment. 5.
