Our Far Infrared (FIR) sauna uses gentle, radiant heat that warms the body from the inside out. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will result in loss of payment. 5. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
