This extended session allows us to go deeper into relaxation and recovery, giving you more time to unwind and me extra space to focus on your unique needs. With 30 additional minutes, we can provide a more thorough experience, utilizing the same techniques and modalities as the 60-minute session—myofascial release, deep tissue work, orthopedic sports techniques, reflexology, cupping, hot stones, and aromatherapy This extra time helps restore balance, relieve chronic pain, and promote lasting relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and in tune with your body’s needs. *Available after the first trimester. Please consult your provider before booking if you have any high-risk concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will result in loss of payment. 5. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
