Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will result in loss of payment. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining session time. The full appointment fee still applies, as session times cannot be extended due to late arrivals. 7. Emergency Exceptions I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
