About the event
If you’ve ever walked into a room and forgotten why, woken up at 2am for no reason, or wondered “is this normal?”, you’re not alone.
This Women’s Night Out is a relaxed, judgment-free evening to talk about what’s actually happening, share a few laughs, and connect with other women navigating the same season.
Guest speaker Jodi Wilson will be joining us to talk through HRT; what it is, what it isn’t, and answer your questions in a real, approachable way.
What to Expect:
• Honest conversation (nothing is off limits)
• A few lighthearted games - Because we’re going to laugh about this too.
